"Very rude customer service, was getting my phone fixed and asking for elaboration of the process and what is wrong. Dude straight up just cussed me out and talked to me aggressively, assuming that I weren’t actually a client, when in fact I was and needed some more explanation as well as answers to curiosity driven questions. Of course if you’re being rude to a customer I would say no, and that’s exactly what I did following the mishap. The person then intentionally damaged and didn’t fully assemble my phone and ask me if I want to get it fixed now, if not then I can finish the dissemble caused by them on my own. This place should be the last place you look at if you’re trying to avoid sleezy salesman that would do anything for a quick buck and disregard morals."
