"Let me tell you what a gem Bernie from Icee Hot Air is!!! Our heater hadn’t been working for the last 5 days when temperatures were down to the 40s here in south Orange County, which as you know, is a death sentence to us residents here. The first company we called wasn’t able to pin point the problem & things were looking grim for my two dogs and I; it was cold as heck and we couldn’t bear to withstand another freezing night! But just when we thought all hope was lost, Bernie responded to my call, squeezed me into his calendar, and showed up at my doorstep on the same day. He was able to diagnose, pick up new parts, replace the motor, and the switch up in the attic in under 3 hours, and at an extremely reasonable cost, might I add! My dogs & I slept so warm and happy, and now our double sleeping-bag nights are over! We love you Bernie, you’re da bestest!!"
