"Bill Hernandez is awesome! I had two plumbers come out and tell me that they had to cut my ceiling to finish a job. Bill came out, double checked the other plumbers’ work, and diagnosed the actual problem. Turns out the other plumbers were trying to take me for a ride. Bill did not. He's thorough, friendly, and awesome at his craft. I’ve got more work to do on the place, and I won’t shop around anymore. Bill is my guy."

"Trent and Mr Bill gave us and estimate and installed a new water heater within about 48 hours. When someone’s plumbing emergency delayed them, they kept me up to date and handled it well. The water heater is great, and personnel were professional and positive start to finish. We’ll definitely call Pride Plumbing for our next plumbing need!"
"Germaine was excellent if they do it I recommend asking for him!!! Called for an unfortunate event. The lady that answered was so polite and had enough knowledge to properly prepare me for what was to come. When Germaine arrived on site he was wonderful! I had to use the more expensive route for clean out but he did everything possible to try and keep it able lower cost not just trying to upsell more and more. He explained everything to me and unfortunately for myself I needed them to come back for a full drain pipe replacement due to wear damage. This next time Germaine was able to return himself with two other workers and all three were so professional and kind. I was sent full pictures and properly explained better maintenance and upkeep. Pride Plumbing was such a great experience I will for sure call them if I have some future work needed but thanks to Germaine, Cruz, and Morrison don't expect to for years!"
