"When I called, I talked to Jim. I explained what the problem was with my TV. He told me to try something with the power source and wires connected to the TV, and call him back if that did not work. I did what he said and I was so excited because it worked. I called Jim back immediately to thank him. It is rare to come across a person like Jim. He's FIVE STARS for sure."

"Read great reviews and called Jim to come by and pick up my 55Inch Vizio and he was able to come out the same day and pick it up . I was concerned because he wasn't calling me back but apparently there was an issue with his voicemail not receiving my calls. He called me back and explained that the parts needed are back ordered and will take some time to complete the repair. Jim is very professional and I appreciated him calling me to explain the issue."
