"We were very impressed with the service we received from Plumber XP. Gabriel and his team were able to fit us into his schedule quickly and diagnosed our issue immediately with the camera system he had on hand. Other plumbers we used showed up without a camera and and then obtained a camera that did not show very clear images. After reviewing the very clear images of our piping and clearly explaining the condition of our deteriorating sewage pipe, Gabriel went through a number of repair options and was very informative. Angela set us up with financing, which made it easy for us to move forward with the needed repair/replacement of the sewage line running from the house to the city line. We were told the project would take 2 to 3 days. All work was completed in 2 days. In the end, our property looked better as the crew did a great job compacting and leveling the ground that previous plumbers had left uneven when they replaced the pipe under the house. Mike, the "Top Tech" went above and beyond. At no extra cost, he replaced a pipe that had been improperly installed under the bathroom sink. This issue was not realized as part of the original project. However, the repair was provided at not extra cost, which was highly appreciated. "The Plumber XP team did an exceptional job. Call late Thursday evening and were at my house the following day by 9:00am. On Friday and Monday, they installed a new main sewer line, removed and reset my toilet and remove and replaced my dual kitchen sink with a new garbage disposal, dishwasher hoses, two sink hole covers, new piping under the sink and got everything working great. I would recommend using them for any plumbing issue. Great work, fast and friendly."
