"I hired them to replace my transmission. Once I got my truck back there was still a problem with the transmission. They made multiple attempts to "fix" the problem, giving me my truck back after each attempt. Every time, within 1 mile the problem still presented itself. This back and forth spanned 90 days and 5 attempts. Multiple false promises and "guarantees" that this time will work, I decided to just take my truck back. I took it to a different shop and they determined that the problem was the transmission. Their recommendation is to replace or rebuild. While I paid Purrfect Auto to install a factory transmission, the other shop I went to says that it is in fact NOT a factory transmission. That other shop... the Chevrolet Service Center. I recently sent Purrfect Auto a demand letter notifying them I will be suing them. It has now been over a week and they have not tried to contact me once to settle this matter. I will now be filing a claim with BAR, Bureau of Automotive Repair."

"I called afternoon before and was told to come next day. I drove there as directed next day because I had a coupon from them for a good price on a smog check. When I arrived I was told they weren't doing smog checks that day and to come back tomorrow. I explained that I had been told that the day before and the owner could have cared less! The place was a jumble of cars on cinder blocks and hoods open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe the coupon for a cheap smog is a scam to get customers in for other work to be do. I would like to see him lose his State license to be a Star smog processor."
