He let you know in advance the problems and you have a final says. I came in to have oil changed, but I was the one asking questions and he actually gave the answers I wanted to know. There were no sale tactics or pressure from him at all. I would highly recommended to anyone having car problems to come in and check it out. You would be surprised how much you would save compared to other auto shops. This place was clean and the jobs done very professionally."
