"We had one technician that was awesome, unfortunately the next one for the same exact issue three weeks later was horrible. Had no prior knowledge of what the previous technician did, nor took the time to actually understand or fix the issue, and just replaced the same part that didn’t work the first time. We actually waited two weeks longer for the second service appointment because they were waiting for a part to come in, which wasn’t even what they replaced. He drove away by saying that the last technician lied to us. Great service guys!"

"I had a scheduled appointment through whirlpool for a repair on a faulty stove I purchased from Home Depot. The technician was less than professional and seemed like he didnt want to do the job. He created a false narrative that the unit was infested but didn’t open the unit plus provided no pictures of said infestation. He was in and out of the unit within 2 mins of getting there. I inspected the unit and didn’t see one pest in the area. Very unsatisfactory service being provided by this company! I wouldn’t recommend them"

"This company is apparently authorized to fix Whirlpool brand appliances. I had a busted ice maker in my Whirlpool refrigerator. These guys were given the task. Cost me $150 but no fix. Repeat visits are tough to schedule. Techinician has given me a lot of reasons for the problem but has offered no sure fix. Authorized? Wow! Stay away and don’t waste your time."

"This is a "shout out" to Larry who repaired our Kitchen Aid dishwasher (leaking). He was thorough, polite, professional and friendly. Bottom line, the dishwasher had to have three parts replaced that required Larry to come to our home twice more after his first visit. The six year old dishwasher is now leak free. Side note: Think twice about Kitchen Aid appliances. We have a history of multiple problems with both our dishwasher and refrigerator (both replaced, thankfully both were under warranty)."

"Worst repair shop I have ever used. They are not concerned with fixing appliances, only getting the $149 service-call money. On October 15, 2023, a Paradise repairman came. After getting the $149, he cleaned my refrigerators' ice maker. He said it was OK and we would have ice in a couple of hours and left. The ice maker never made an ice cube. Nothing had changed. I called Paradise and told them of the problem. They said they would come back for another $149 plus the cost of a new icemaker and replace it. They evidently can stay in business because of naive or unconcerned manufacturers feeding them customers. I have also notified Whirlpool of this situation."
