"Been coming here for 4+ years with my little Fiat for my oil changes/maintenance . I’ve had 2 or 3 minor repairs on my Fiat and as always no complaints on my end. I also think they’re very reasonable with their prices. If you have a warranty on your car they will look up or call to see what is covered . Great communication with both Bennett and Karina. They’re both great!"

"If I could put 0 stars I would. This business is unprofessional and shady. The employees really do reflect their management. This company damaged my vehicle and apartment property because they did not properly latch our car to the tow truck. It rolled off the elevated truck right into a metal fence. The driver did not want to give us their license or insurance until we threatened to call the cops. We reported this to our insurance and theirs and they wanted us to trust their business to fix the damage they caused instead of giving us a check to go elsewhere. When we told them we no longer trusted their company with our car, they were upset and began to not answer our many calls and e-mails. When they finally did reach out to us we gave two different quotes that averaged out to $2500. However A and E said our car was worth way less than that because it's an older vehicle and they would only be giving us $1,200. At this point we were too tired to keep fighting with the unprofessional manager John. AAA who dispatched this company to us was also just telling us to accept the $1,200, so we didn't have any support. They also took months to contact our apartment owners, to the point where our apartment owners had to reach out to us to see if we had heard from this company. We have also encountered them many times out on the roads driving recklessly. Do not trust this company with your vehicles!!!"
