"First time i called a man answered but was unprofessional. He didn't greet me or ask me to hold on just was talking to someone else. I said hello several times than hung up. I called again to ask if this place repairs TV screen. The person picks up and is still talking to someone else. didn't answer my question just kept talking then he hung up. Called back again and he just kept hanging up till my calls began to fwd to voice mail.i don't want to get my screen fixed with them anymore . I wouldn't even deal with this company. So unprofessional. I can only imagine what doing business would be like"
"Friendly, easy to coordinate with, was on time. Drove all the way out to my house, checked out my little CRT tv in person. In the end wasn't able to fix it, (old tv, parts aren't made anymore, which makes sense) but didn't charge for the diagnostic session, and left me with some good notes on what the issue likely was. 10/10, I would absolutely call again with any further tv issues. Thank you!"
"My Samsung 7 series would not turn on, the capisitor was shot...most common issue with Samsung flat screens,called kpro, he was here in the time quoted and the price for a home visit was unbelievably low...great , fast, clean work...a 2 month guarantee...so glad I got him, now I can watch my tv and count the $ we saved..."
"Earlier this morning, Joe came to our home in Fremont to check out an intermittent power-up problem we are having with our SONY KDS-R60XBR1 television that was manufactured in December of 2005. Joe was prompt, efficient with his time, and very courteous. Joe ran the schedule of categories provided in the on-screen menu via the hand-held controller and found that the Lamp had another 1,000 hours of usage before a change-out would be needed. He also determined that the difficulty is most likely a sensor or possibly an issue with the large cooling fan that extracts warm air from the Lamp Housing. If the problem gets worse, or happens more frequently, Joe will return and do some other tests. Joe did not charge us for this examination of the issue. We heartily recommend K Pro Tech for any issues you may have with your set."
