"I called Sunnyvale Ford yesterday on a Friday afternoon at approximately 245pm and spoke with Natalia, Ford Receptionist/Phone Rep. explained to her that there is some type of issue with the oil pressure has appeared, and it's at 72%, so it needs to be checked out. She checked the system, entered all the information I gave her, and set up an appt. for me to bring the car in at 9 am Saturday Morning. Very pleasant. We will see how the rest goes once I get there this morning. I am praying all goes well. Read upon all the reviews, and it seems as though the majority of the reviews were not a 4 or 5 Star. Oh boy!"

"4 Years ago today, we bought this brand new 2019 Mustang EcoBoost Convertible. It was a special order. Every year since, we have taken it in for maintenance on June 30, from the maintenance contract we bought 4 years ago. I thought today was the last time I could bring it in but my Service Advisor, Raylene H., told me I still have until 2026 or 3 more service intervals at the rate we drive this car. It has 5,900 miles on it as of today. My hat goes off for Raylene today! She was Outstanding, and took great care of me from start to finish. Explained everything, called me when the car was done, and drove it to where I was standing when I came to pick it up. I could have walked to where it was parked, but she went the extra mile. Very knowledgeable and great service Raylene! Thank you and thank you Fremont Ford Service Department!"

"Absolutely never get your car towed into this place. The person on the phone told me they can run a diagnostic and check my ECU day of (not reading timing or cam sensor though new) so I sent it in. Here I sit, 1 week later. Called in 5 times asking for an update. Every time "what's your number? You're not on the system" so I give then my info again and I get hit with a "well get the service tech to contact you" and then no call back and repeat the exchange the next day cause they didnt save my number. Please get it together. I can't believe this is an issue. Still no car."

"Dropped off my F150 Lightning for some warranty service. Alex T the Service Manager took great care of me and went the extra mile like always. Got my truck back just in time to weather a big storm coming through with power outages tonight."

"Wasted 3 paid time off over here, still cannot get back up camera fixed. Solution is ask you to come again to repair and already wasted my PTO and gas, cannot the get problem fixed. Don’t come to this place."
