"My downstairs neighbor said water was dripping through the ceiling…never something you want to hear. I called Jazz and they were able to send someone out the next morning. John came right on time and assessed the dishwasher, connections, & pipes and identified the problem immediately. We picked up a new machine and John got to work. Despite some wildcards on my end (warped cabinets), he still went above and beyond to address the problem. At the end of the day we got my new dishwasher installed without any snags, replaced all the hoses, connections, and everything else. No more leaks. No more ceiling drips downstairs. And now I have a super quiet dishwasher that matches my fridge. 1000% Jazz is the only place I will call for anything plumbing, pipe, (and apparently even HVAC) related in the future.
