The service technician was well mannered and professional. He got my air conditioner blowing cold air within 30 minutes. He changed the filters and did some other technical stuff to make sure everything was working correctly. I would rate their service, attitude, value, and customer service five stars."

I had the feeling it was going to be a significant job because of how old my unit was. Sure enough, it needed to be replaced, and my main concern was how fast they could get a new furnace unit installed. Thankfully they had a furnace in stock and installed it the next day. "These folks are lovely to deal with; their attitude was pleasant. They were super friendly and made an appointment for me on the same day. The issue I was having was warm blowing air all the time, and on a hot day in Concord, that's not going to over too well with my wife. The tech showed up and was friendly and well dressed, his conduct was professional, and he went right to work finding the issue and writing me a detailed repair cost. After approving the repairs, he needed to order a few parts because it was late in the day, and he wasn't able to pick up what he needed. No worries, it wasn't that hot outside. The next day he was back getting my air conditioner back up and blowing cold air. This gentleman is quite the mechanic and did a great job. I am happy to pay the amount due because it was very reasonable for the work performed. He also guaranteed the repairs for a year."

He came out within 2 hours and explained my options. I had a lot of confidence in Norm so I trusted him to install a new unit.
