"Like everyone else did, we spoke with different contractors in San Diego and look up all the reviews. We chose to proceed with CCW because of Marty, their sales and design person. During our first conversation, he was already asking for details of our project, took notes of them and scheduled a visit where he took measurements. In few days he provided us a quote. He’s very professional and personable. He also took time to listen and apply changes to our plan patiently. I can’t remember how many times we changed plans but he patiently went through it with us and never pushed for anything unnecessary. Dig day came and we met the entire member of CCW- headed by Gil, Aeriel, Amy. Every single crew went above and beyond, super dedicated, arriving early and at times finishing late. The same CCW folks worked with us, unlike the other pool builders, who sub contracts every part of the project. There was no pause on the job, except in rainy days. They started excavating in Sept, we got a pool by Dec. It’s a 35x13’ salt water pool with spa.. they completed it in 3 months! When CCW started their excavation, there were 3 other pool builders in our neighborhood that started at the same time. Christmas, New Year, Valetines came, they still have trenches in their yard. My neighbors are frustrated and regretted signing contracts with their pool contractors. Swimming pools are very expensive investment and CCW’s customer service, dedication, professionalism and quality of work, made it all worth it. The only pool builder/ contractor I will recommend 100%."

"Custom Creations West took our backyard dream and made it a reality, and they did it with class, professionalism, and honesty. We met with several pool contractors and after meeting with Marty we chose CCW because he was the most patient, cared about what we wanted, and was the most creative within our budget and space. Once we decided to move forward with CCW, Gil, Amy, and Arielle took over the project and guided us the entire way. They provided constant communication, detailed explanations, information to help us make decisions, and regular updates about our project. Throughout our project they went above and beyond several times simply because they believed it was the right thing to do. Their honesty and integrity are second to none. One example is after excavation and rebar placement, Gil realized the hole was about 6 inches too shallow from what we asked for in the deep end. Truthfully, we probably never would have noticed. But he recognized the mistake, informed us, and had his team out there immediately to fix the issue and keep our project on track. If you’re considering CCW for your project I would highly recommend and encourage you to trust them. They’re the best in the business!!!"
