"I highly recommend these guys. Professional. Easy to work with. And delivered a pool-full of perfect water in just 1 day. I have a 35000 gallon pool and it had been over 10 years since I changed the water. And it was a mess. My total dissolved solids were over 7500 (limit is 2500) and CYA and other levels were just as bad. No matter how much chlorine I used, I could not get ahead of the algae. Or as my wife put it, the water is gross. But, I don't feel good about putting 35000 gallons down the sewer, so I called a few reverse osmosis places. Triton was by far the most responsive, and gave the most complete information on the process and costs. So I set an appointment. Triton called a couple days ahead to make sure I was ready, and then showed up on time. They set up their trailer, and carefully explained what was going on. It took about from noon one day to noon the next day, but when they were done, the water was perfect. Solids were down to 1000, and the water was just clean and sparkly. It is a bit more expensive than draining and refilling. But this eliminates the risk of damaging the pool in hot weather, and the water in my pool is better than tap water. And, I feel good about not wasting water. These guys were great to work with."

"After following the chemical balancing advice of a well known pool supply company offering "free water testing" & spending $ on recommended chemicals with ever degrading results where the pool was "eating chlorine" & constantly growing algae requiring constant brushing, all the while measuring 0 free chlorine, I became frustrated with lousy results and began to accept it was time to replace the water for the 2nd time in the 23 years I've owned my home. Using the excellent Triton web interface to book an appointment, I scheduled service to renew the ~8 year old water in my 12,000 gallon pool. I received a call to review details of water conditions and confirm time & day of service. The Triton crew arrived @ the appointed time & even before positioning the trailer, in the driveway, they tested my water. I was advised that Triton services were not required. Luke and the crew explained the steps needed to bring the existing water into balance, which I followed, and am now enjoying relief from constant brushing & wasting of expensive chlorine, with time left over to enjoy regular swims in the summer heat. From start to finish, my experience with Triton was a pleasant surprise. Imagine a company sending a crew of 4 on a 50 mile round trip, driving a significant tow rig pulling an expensive trailer outfitted with high tech filtration gear, only to tell a customer "no service needed" and "no cost to you" PLUS "here's how you fix your problem". Amazing! It was a remarkable experience and a wonderful thing to see there are honest service companies still in existence. Bravo Triton Team. List me as one of you "forever" customers!"
