"If I could give zero stars I would. The male in the picture is racist. I asked for a certain product and was turned away because they have nothing “I’m interested in”. Instead of trying to treat me like a client I was disrespected before I could even get service. The female working with the male said the store did in fact have what I was looking for so the male refused to show me anything. A reply to the owners comment: I walked in with my grandma who wears cultural clothing and the female worker said you did have Rolex’s in the back. In your reply to my comment you said you had no Rolex’s in stock which is not what you told me in person. You said you “have nothing I’m interested in” You have no idea what I can or can’t afford. Do not judge your clients before even servicing them. Rudest business I’ve ever encountered from a business owner at the age of 19. Kudos for the female employee for her etiquette if only the male could learn from her."
