They have virtually no foot traffic, since most stores in the mall area closed and it affects their prices. The staff is not very personable despite being the owners and it may make you shy away from doing business with them."

"Horrible Place with no integrity. I brought in a bracelet that needed a weld reinforced and the guy, Mike, ended up breaking it. I was wearing it the entire day the day before and now it is completely broken. He refused to take ownership of breaking it and then lied to my face and said he is just a worker there. I requested the owners info and he did not give me his info. I went to another jewelery store and they told me that he is the owner. He did not have the integrity to take ownership of breaking it."

"I have several Rhythm Clocks. I gave one away and want to replace it, as I miss it. This is not an expensive item, about three or four hundred dollars a piece. The store clerk/maybe owner, could not have been more rude. I am thinking maybe he judged me by my appearance, as although my makeup and hair were done, and I was wearing expensive jewelry, I had on a tank top, showing my tattoos. Whatever his problem was, he is an idiot, I make well into six figures and can by anything I want, for the most part. He literally spoke to me and my husband for one minute, and walked in the back and left us standing there. With the smallest amount of persuasion, I would have walked out of there with a clock. I stood there baffled by his rudeness for a moment, and then turned heel, and walked directly out of the store. I appreciate customer service, and the enthusiasm of the sales process, and honestly I don't how this person stays in business. I guess it is Hemet, after all, and the rent is low. What a jerk. I will happily pay one hundred dollars more for the same clock, somewhere else, or buy it online. I will never, buy anything from this store or individual, if he had the last clock on earth!"

"I took my yellow gold engagement ring in to be changed to white gold, I was so thrilled with the way it turned out I talked to him about creating a wedding band to go with it. I have tried for years to get a wedding band and no jeweler could help as it is a unique engagement ring and hard to size with a band. He made a drawing of what it would look like with the baquettes I wanted and said he could do it. It turned out amazing. I am so thrilled not only with the quality but also the prices he charged. Went to the Bay Area soon after and friends and family could not believe the rings. In fact, a couple of them want to come down when they need work as a good jeweler is rare that can do the work on site. I will go to no other for my jewelry."
