"Very happy with the outcome of Eric power-washing our cement tile roof which turned an old gunky-looking roof into a new looking roof tile (went from dirty dark grey to light grey). We are curious to see if the longevity benefits will hold up. It smelled for days like bleach but it faded away eventually.
