"I went back and fourth on how to rate Handy Mandy, because ultimately the job got done, but to say I was unimpressed would be a severe understatement. Typically I would fix minor issues like this myself, but I had just moved the previous week and was unable to be there. The black PVC in the top of the first photo had developed a pinhole leak. The red shut off handle below was to be removed due to no longer being in use, and the PVC going into the house needed to remain. All that was needed was the black elbow removed, the T removed from the center and replaced with an elbow connected to the new elbow at the top, with all PVC below being eliminated. This project took 3.5 hours, used for more elbows that necessary, and frankly looks worse than it already did, granted the picture shows a nice open space which wasn't the case, there was some loose dirt and weeds surrounding the area. After the project was over, the fitting was leaking from the threads, which wasn't a problem prior, and with PVC being attached, shouldn't had been a problem after either. To fix this a second time took 2.5 additional hours, and then an argument over price. There were positives. She did show up on a Sunday and she did stay to complete the task till it no longer leaked, which does speak volumes, but the problems listed about can't be overlooked. Would I give Handy Mandy another chance? I don't think so."
