"I usually only do reviews for good service and good products. However, the service at the cleaners was absolutely horrible. I dropped off a uniform to be dry cleaned and pressed on a Thursday at 1:00 pm and asked for it to be ready on Monday at noon. I showed up at noon, and my clothes were not there. The lady at the desk called someone at a different facility who said “I am sorry.” I am sorry doesn’t cut it... if a service can’t be provided, then it should not be advertised or sold!! They offered to give me a 25% discount for the inconvenience... I refused it because saving $2 doesn’t get me my uniform when I need it. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!"
