"I've always had a good experience here with the people & the service. I noticed they damage a expensive Essential Sweater I put in to be cleaned. When I took it back to show them they said it was nothing they can do. So that's $150 down the drain. I was taking there so I would damage it trying to clean it myself & they did the damage for me & could help me after the damage was done. This is unfortunate because It close to my home & the people are great. But I can't spin money with a business they can't take accountable for a mistake they made."

"Generally good quality service. But now on a couple of occasions, they have taken the liberty to dry clean dress shirts that are cotton blends because of their hidden policy “not to launder shirts that are not 100% cotton” - as the policy was explained to me by an employee. Don’t appreciate lack of clarity on what shirts they will launder and the experienced bait and switch. Of course, they charge you the much higher dry cleaning price. Check your labels and make sure they will launder the shirts and not charge you for dry cleaning after the fact."

"This place has been a great service to military members. They do your uniform for free. Other than that, they are fast, very professional, and they do an amazing job with dry cleaning. I try to send them dry cleaning clothes other than military uniforms to give them my business. Again, amazing service. Highly recommended."
