"It is so incredibly frustrating that I have gone to this place and given it multiple chances to get things right and they just can’t seem to do it. I take my jeans in and all of my work clothes for that matter. The last four times that I have gone, they have screwed up my order. My pants have a special little tag, which tells them exactly what to do to my pants and yet they still screw it up. The manager didn’t seem to least bit concerned, knowing that I needed those one pair of jeans for my flight tomorrow. Her response to me was, I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. We don’t do anything here. That after being a loyal customer to them to this franchise for over three years when I get my pants back, if I get my pants back on time, I will never give them my business at this location again. To make matters worse, the last order I brought in, I asked very specifically to make sure that my pants had military creases and medium starch. The guy behind the counter let me know that the tag tells them what to do and they don’t mess things up. I told him they messed things up multiple times before And he just told me there’s nothing he can do. Yes, when I picked up my pants, they were not done correctly."

"I’m so greatful to Kona cleaners for taking me in on a short notice to hem up my suit pant. I told them I was from out of state and that I was here attending my brother’s funeral. Anna was very accommodating in taking me in and provided me with service. I was in and out with measurements and my pants hemmed up within 30 minutes.
