"Charming and inviting, Village Sea Glass is full of timeless sea glass art created and offered by a friendly shop owner. Always the first stop whenever in Capitola Village . . . or the reason to make a stop in the Village! UPDATE: I posted this review when the original owner of Village Seaglass, Polly, owned the shop. Since a new owner, Eileen took over, I visited once to inquire about my AnneStandz continuing to be sold at Village Sea Glass. I was so shocked by Eileen’s rudeness I will not return to shop. There is no longer the warmth and inviting charm of former owner, Polly. This shop now looks and feels like a discount warehouse of too many schmaltzy trinkets made by the new owner overpowering beautiful pieces by true artisans and artists it reminded me of a Claire’s ear piercing store. Just horrible...and sad."

"I have always enjoyed visiting this shop!!! Today I stopped in to say "Hi" to the owner Polly. As luck would have it ....I found a beautiful necklace calling my name. 20 minutes later I came back because of course I needed earrings to match. Early Christmas for me. I highly recommend this shop. It always has something new and fun to enjoy."
