"I really don't care that this is sort of a sketchy neighborhood, it's an extremely clean laundromat and there is a mini-mart next door as well as a few restaurants for you to grab a beer or whatever while you're waiting. I Brown bagged a Modelo in the parking lot. I definitely felt like nobody was going to give me a hard time. Anyway, I'm on vacation"
"I brought two weeks worth of laundry here, but had to exchange bills for quarters. My girlfriend and I exchanged $20 from the machine. Meanwhile the laundry attendant stood about 3 feet from us, simply staring at us. After we exchanged the bills he said very sternly , "Next time I'm not going to let you do that. This is for customers only". I understand that some people may do that, however the default should not be "these guys are just taking quarters". Very poor customer service. The machines are very old and many machines were "out of service". Laundry attendant allowed kids to run around unsupervised, and they were opening and closing all the machine doors. He also did not enforce the mask mandate and allowed people to come in unmasked. We spent over $50 to do all of our laundry here, and that is the only $50 this company will ever get."
"Clean, with properly functioning dryers and washers. There's space to fold and a small sitting area in the front. You can exchange cash for coins at machines and buy detergent here. Nothing special, but a place to get your clothes clean and dry. The homeless will ask for money at the front, but they're mostly chill."
