"I wish I could give this place zero stars , the staff is very unprofessional , very disrespectful and rude , they do not know how to handle costumer service , I was washing a couple things and threatened to be thrown out of the laundry matt for getting a few extra quarters , saying I was not a paying costumer when in fact I was , the moment you walk even into the door they are jumping down your throat , no politeness from anyone , very bad vibes and negative environment and energy in that place , If I were you trying to wash here please reconsider , it's very hostile and not the place I want to spend my money ever again. I really hope this place gets new management because what they do and how they treat costumers is very unacceptable"
"This is by far the best laundromat in Ukiah. The team that works there is top notch, and keeps the place clean and inviting. They’ve always got your back if you leave something on top of the washer machine or if your sarong is left in the washer. I really appreciate how I doesn’t become a phone charging hang out for some “special locals” like so many other laundromats in town. Do your laundry at Woody’s!"
