"Ruined my $550 sheepwool rug by improperly cleaning. Made it shrink down from a 200cm x 150cm to a 150x70cm. Got it back stiff and crunchy. I can’t believe it. Basically told me ‘shit happens’, and that it’s the fault of the manufacturer for not treating the wool right (?). Manufacturer told me that this happened before to a client of his: and this clients dry cleaner replaced the whole sheep wool rug as an apology. THAT would be a proper way of handling this. Photos show before and after washing it at this unprofessional service."

The man is homeless and was resting on the sidewalk near a neighboring business. >>She kicked him, screamed at him, and threatened him with her mid-size Pitt bull. >>She started this way; this was not an escalation. >>The man had not engaged her in any way. She approached him. The man was quiet, and polite. >>When it was pointed out to her that her behavior was assault, she laughed derisively and suggested that because the man was homeless and confused, nothing would come of it. >>The woman repeated multiple times that she was doing this on behalf of the business owners. Please tell your friends and family NOT to support this business. Assaulting someone who has done no harm, who cannot protect themselves, and treating them like less than human is wrong!!!"
