"So glad I found Bertha! We know our Milagro is well taken care of and our pups body language says it all when we drop her off. Milo is timid and is diagnosed with hydrocephalus. She’s a quiet mellow pup that does not bark so it’s important for us to find someone just as gentle with her. Nail trims, ear and face folds cleanings, all very detailed. Thank you Bertha for taking such good care of our Milo."
"2 stars only because she was able to take me last minute. That’s where the good ends. I called to see if she was able to do a clean up of her face and feet as well as a sanitary cut. Over the phone she quoted me $30. When I pick up it shot up to $50! When I returned for my dog there is nothing done to her bum which is the whole point of a sanitary cut!! Her face was completely uneven like she took electric clippers to her face. Every other groomer Ive gone to uses scissors and thinning scissors to do the face. She fought me when I asked her to fix it. My dog still has veryyy long uneven face hairs at this point but she kept saying it’s because how she was brought in. The whole point of bringing her in was to fix her face and the 2 other points. It took me arguing for 5 minutes before she took her back and fixed her unevenness. Did not fix any transitions from cut to uncut parts. Overall a rip off for $50"
"Bertha always does the best job with my Maltipoo Blanca. Blanca is a super sensitive dog & has been turned away by several other groomers cuz she can snap at some. Bertha always handles her with care & sends her back looking so fresh & so clean. Thank you Bertha for treating my Blanca as if she were your dog."
"Bertha is an amazing person! She has such love and care for animals. Bertha was trained as a veterinarian and has provided great benefit for our Schnoodles, Woody and Buzz. She has removed ticks, watched out for fleas and taken care of all aspects of our dogs -including giving us medication at times."
