"I came here because the price seemed reasonable but today I took my two little pups in for a wash and cut and when I picked them up the lady/owner told me she had made a little nick on one of my pups leg. She said her hair was too long so she had to go deep with the shredder. Well I got home and my pup just kept licking the cut and was not moving around as much, so I took a closer look and oh my gosh she cut her very deep and we can see her bone! It’s a small cut about 1/4 of an inch and it’s not bleeding. However it’s bothering me bc my pup is obviously uncomfortable and will need to see the vet and see if she needs stitches or at least get some antibiotics to prevent any infections. I will no longer be going here as I don’t think the lady/owner was honest about the incident or cared about the severity of her mistake."

"I took my 1.5 y.o. Long hair Dachshund here for a bath and nail cut only and she came back to me with her beautiful long hair tail almost nearly completely shaved off and her long hair on her ears was cut off!! It’s not even a nice trim, It looks like they just took scissors and made a straight cut. It looks awful. We made it very clear don’t cut any hair! nail and bath only and this happened. And they still charged us for the service. This place sucks. I’m so upset at how unprofessional this experience was. Now I have to take her somewhere else just to fix their mistake and see if someone can at least even out the ridiculous haircut. Don’t bring your dogs here. Ugh!"

"My husband dropped off our 6 month puppy Mazzy to get groomed and she came back traumatized with a her butt and tail irritated. It's been 3 days and she is skiddish and not her happy self. Before her grooming she was happy, playing with toys just being a joyful puppy. She is withdrawn doesn't enjoy her walks in the park like she use too. I called the following day to express my concern because she kept licking her butt/tail area and she walked sideways because of the irritation. I so upset that I had to call. Lady/owner couldn't explain what happened and expressed kindness when grooming pets. Something happened to my Mazzy. Terrible customer service not even a follow up from groomer to see if Mazzy was better. Don't take your babies there the place is run down and the owner has poor verbal communication"

"I don’t like writing reviews based on a single experience. I have 3 dogs that I have taken to happy paw over the last 4 years. My female is very touchy but happy paw handles her nice and easy. I would recommend Happy Paw to anybody do have their dog groomed. I have visited at least 10 times and always have had great service. Happy paws is a 5 star business!"

"Awesome! The owners clearly love their pawed patrons as much as their own. My Golden was younger and had a bit of separation anxiety but the groomers were patient and attentive. I will be back for many years to come!"
