"Kaitlin was a fantastic groomer. We’re highly satisfied with the haircut she gave to our dogs. Our dogs had really long hair, and it got horribly tangled and their hair condition got bad after staying at dog sitter’s house for 2 weeks. Kaitlin took care all the hair concerned we had with our dogs and she brushed their teeth very nicely. We were very impressed with the result and very grateful for her service. 10/10!"

"This place is terrible. They have long waits and cancel frequently. And then there’s no follow up. I literally got cancel 3 months ago and was waiting for the next appt, which was 2 months out.. and they cancelled again. Kaitlyn is nice but she’s a flake. Go somewhere else."
