"Checked in an hour early, appointment @8:15am, smooth and easy. The whole entire staff was wonderful! Had my procedure done and was out the door by 10am… Pam my nurse was great they all treated me with dignity and respect… Highly recommend this place Dr Deborah Negussee is wonderful"

"This place is beyond unprofessional and disorganized. Appointment at 12 nothing even started until 4. The office manager Patricia Inda, while appearing helpful at 1st, by coming to speak with me. She was not, she was rude, she was defensive and not even herself aware of the outdated complaint information posted in the waiting room. The reception area/MAs all were standing around talking and laughing while waiting 30+ minutes to be acknowledged . Finally spoke to Patricia. They brought my mother back only to have her lay on a bed in the back for another 2 HRS .forr a 30 minute procedure at 1st procedures were delayed because som3 ran over according to Patricia. 10 minutes later an MA said it was for lunch. Spoke with Patricia again where she forced me to step out into the hall.and continued with her snobby attitude.Interruping me every othr word to contradict evrything I was saying just adding to the hostile environment.After a lot of back and forth i tinally was able to get the administrators contact information I work in the medical field myself and.would give this place -5 if i could absolutely hirhorribleexperience all around I will be calling the medical board and the BBB as well as anyone else that needs to be contacted. This place does not promote a healing environment adm its very obvious from the top down not a soul working here cares about the patients. Except for a very sweet nurse Tracy who offered me a blanket nd a snack after seeing me complain twice . Evryone else needs a serious course in customer care and respect."

"No good with communication at all. This office does not answer the phone or call you back. They communicate only at their own Convenience. Very unfortunate because I hear the Drs are good. Sad that there is no customer service anymore."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. My boyfriend went here to have his clavicle surgery done. First issue was how late they started on him with zero updates. They were supposed to send a text after the surgery letting us know he was in recovery. We were told the surgery would only take an hour but 3 hours passed by and they still had not updated us. Turns out the doctor was running late while we were worried for his life in the waiting room. Woman in the front was very rude and would not give any updates despite our concerns. They rushed him out of recovery within 15-20 mins (supposed to be in there 45 to an hour). Did not clean him up whatsoever. Not to mention, they did not use a proper bandage over his stitches. The bigger issues began once he arrived home. When he began to gain coherence, he expressed his concerns as the nurses confused him with another patient prior to surgery, were discussing their personal lives loudly with disregard for patients, and made it known that their technology was "old school." Oh, and they also said they had no idea what to do for ice as they didn't even have any ice packs. The Doctor did not prescribe the correct dosage of medication or the correct type of medication, leaving him in excruciating pain for 3 days straight until this problem was identified. Do not come here."
