"Visited Dr. Charlie many times and I just recently learned about this page, so I have to share my experiences and hopefully more people are able to benefit from Dr. Charlie's Chinese Medicine knowledge and wonderful clinic experience offered. One of a very memorable visit with Dr. Charlie was for my treatment of anxiety and Women issues, I entered the clinic and immediately felt more calm because of the soothing and calming vibes in the clinic; then once finishing up my acupuncture session, I felt relaxed and refreshed with energy I hadn't feel in a while. "I am very satisfied with the service received. First off, the office is inside of a very well maintained professional building. The receptionist is there to greet customers. Walking in Dr. Chuang's office you can feel the peace and you are surrounded by very nice energy. Dr. Chuang is very professional and really takes her time for her patients. Before and after treatment, Dr. Chuang will let patients know about the procedure and what to do after treatment. You would not be as nervous as going to many other medical office. "Healing Hands - Dr. Chuang genuinely cares about her patients. I am one who has anxiety around needles. This was my first acupuncture experience and not once I felt threatened by the treatment. The whole time I was under her care, I felt safe and painfree. Dr. Chuang patiently explains the procedures and continuously check on me if I was alright (knowing that I have major fear of needles touching my skin). Post treatment, I slept like a baby for the next few days and the stiffness around my neck and shoulders went away.
