"I took my 98 year old Mom to the ER because one if her caretakers thought she might have had a stroke or TIA. As soon as we entered the back office the staff got busy. Vital signs, bloodwork, & x-rays began, quickly followed by other tests. The staff was friendly, polite, & did their jobs quickly. The only downside of our visit was that the results came so slowly we had to stay another day & 1/2 (34 hours) & my Mom could not eat anything & was not given any of her many meds. It might have been much more pleasant if I was sure the outcome of the visit was completed in a timely manner."

"We went to the emergency room for a possible broken wrist. The wait was very short to be triaged, to get X-rays, and to be seen and treated by the doctor. Luckily it wasn’t a break, but if it was, I’m sure taking care of that would have been quick too. All medical staff from the intake ladies to the X-ray techs to the EMT, doctor and RN who treated us were extremely kind and helpful. This was our first time here, but if ever we need help again (fingers crossed we won’t) I’ll definitely be going back to this ER."

"Was seen immediately. Service was impeccable. All staff was friendly and caring. They were thorough and ran all sorts of test to determine the best care. This was my second visit to this facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"The doctor and nurse who drew my blood while in the ER were very nice. That’s the reason for the five star rating. I had a nurse but he did not interact with me he just typed notes as the doctor spoke. During my 5.5 hour stay, another nurse came in (very nice) and finally got me checked out. The ER was super busy on this day as it was raining and there were a lot of ambulances. Only thing difference here from urgent care was that they drew blood and those results only went so far. It showed I had a high level of infection but everything else normal. However the test didn’t say where infection was or what it was. So currently, I really have no diagnosis. They didn’t do any further tests except a Covid test because I was told it was “routine” even tho I didn’t have Covid symptoms. My concern wasn’t Covid. I was already on antibiotics and was advised to finish them and was given more prescribed meds and was treated for a sinus infection and discharged. The ER doctor made sure to follow up with me that evening to advise me the covid test came back negative which was somewhat surprising that he would take the time to call me personally to tell me the outcome of a Covid test especially if the ER was as busy as they said it was. I guess the hospitals have their own priorities. This was all a couple days ago. Currently I’m attempting to get answers from my PC based on the ER doctors notes. Which I can already see is not going to be an easy task. Doctors nowadays are too busy, retiring or leaving their practices and there are too many sick people. I feel like our healthcare system is failing us and it’s definitely not what it used to be."
