"I was nervous about starting with a new medical group and PCP, but the staff at Memorial Care were all beyond kind and made me feel welcome. I was taken care of by Priscilla who truly listened to me and made me feel welcome the second she came and got me from the waiting room. I also felt touched the moment I walked in to my exam room and saw that Priscilla had taken the time to write "Welcome Angelica" on the paper covering the exam table. I've been to many doctor offices over the years and none have ever done something so sweet so I give Priscilla major props for taking the time to do this for me. It definitely made the whole visit less nervewracking. During this visit I was seen by Dr. Dadsetan who was also so kind and listened to all my concerns. I truly appreciate that she took the time to go over all of it with me, and always made sure to ask me if I was okay with doing every single thing she proposed. It really made me feel valued and taken care of, which I really appreciate. Overall, I was happy with my first visit and can't wait to go back!"
