She was the friendliest person I encountered during my visit. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. One notable downside to this office was the parking situation. As is often the case in LA, parking was prohibitively expensive, and to make matters worse, they did not offer any validation or discounts. In conclusion, while the dermatologist was knowledgeable, the overall experience was marred by the front staff's lack of friendliness, impatience, and the costly parking situation. The shining light was the exceptionally friendly medical assistant who made the visit more pleasant."
