"For someone who is generally healthy and just needs standard check ups + going in for minor health concerns this office has been great for me. I have always had good experiences with Dr. Zahirpour. Like many healthcare establishments they are a bit rushed to get you in and out but that is not unique to this office. I feel like Dr. Zahirpour gives you her full attention in the time that you do have her. I also love that I can manage certain things in the app. Giving a 4 because ideally they’d have more time and I can’t say what the experience would be if I had more serious medical needs."

"Monica Tsai charged $1085 for a five minute consultation upon getting allergy tests. This is criminal and you should avoid this scam at all costs. That's the equivalent of charge $13,020 per hour. This is whats wrong with healthcare in the United States."

"Established care with Dr. Boben and was extremely disappointed. Huge waste of time and money. Wants me to see a specialist for medications I’ve been taking for years. None of my symptoms were addressed because the labs he ran were ‘normal’. I was told to ‘eat more vegetables’ and ‘exercise more’ when my symptoms are nausea and fatigue… If you are chronically ill, avoid this place like the PLAGUE."

"I had the same experience as other reviewers Nick and Logan. Wish I would have read the reviews before my appointment so I could have canceled. I came for an annual preventative health exam, and was billed for both that visit AND an office visit for the single brief encounter with Doctor M.G., apparently because I answered his question about how my health has been. Mentioning a recent food poisoning issue was enough for them to bill me for a separate office visit that is "not part of a preventative visit" even though it was the same 5–10 minute conversation. I could not have reasonably expected I would be charged a second visit by answering that question. Looking back, it seems like a trap so that they could charge more. I'm extremely disappointed and will never use UCLA Health again due to the loss of trust."

"Wow. Can't believe all the negative reviews! I took my mom here yesterday for her PCP visit. We saw Dr. Brian Boben, who is new there. I highly recommend him. He was so kind and knowledgable and really took the time to assess my mom's issues. My mom can be picky with doctors and their staff, but she was really pleased with the location and building (new and very clean), front desk staff, nurses and especially with Dr. Boben. Unfortunately, since my mom is elderly, she was referred to a geriatrician, so she probably won't be seeing Dr. Boben again. I am sad he is not in-network for my husband or me, or else we'd go to him too. BTW, sounds like a lot of people who wrote negative reviews didn't check with their insurance company first to make sure this place is in network."
