"The front desk is a lively and exciting crew. They sure know how to keep patients smiling, and they work diligently hard to make sure to coordinate my appointments with my schedule. They are helpful and are able to refer me to the right department when I need help. They take their time and offer their support when needed. Sometimes my schedule is so hectic that I often have to cancel my appointments at the last minute, but they still allow for me to reschedule at a different date, while still offering me a date that is not too far out."

"The behavior of people in front desk is very poor and humiliated. No respect at all. The front desk workers laughing, gossiping and talking to each other instead of helping patients quickly. The front desk does not answer the phone quickly and most of the time cutting off the phone without explaining the reason. This week when I had an appointment, my prescription was attached with the paper to make an appointment, but, a lady took my papers and hided my prescription. Such a bad and horrible experience in the is clinic in the last few months. The patients life would be severe in risk with the such a poor and disrespectful behavior. Who is responsible to hear our voice? The situation would be more risky in the future and such kind of behaviors may create hopelessness, sadness and hate in the society. Please wake up and fix your management system!"
