"A Stellar Experience! I was struggling with chronic sinus issues for months, experiencing constant congestion, headaches, and even some minor hearing loss. After multiple disappointing visits to my primary care physician and failed prior sinus surgery and multiple ent doctor visits , I decided to seek specialized help and found Dr. Jayakar Nayak through online reviews. From the moment I stepped into their office, I was impressed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My wait time was minimal, and Dr. Jayakar Nayak entered the room with a warm smile and a genuine interest in my concerns. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my symptoms and medical history, asking detailed questions and conducting a comprehensive examination. He explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like he was dismissing my concerns. Dr. Jayakar Nayak diagnosed me finally correctly as I am cured after his treatment . He even provided helpful tips on managing my symptoms if they ever arise, which hasn’t happened except a few times a year which resolves fast unlike before I followed his plan diligently, and I'm happy to report that my symptoms have are cured! The sinus congestion is gone, and life has returned to normal. I feel like a new person, thanks to Dr. Jayakar Nayak expertise and care."

"Trying to get an urgent appointment and they’re telling me the earliest availability is 4 months away. Ridiculous! Unacceptable!"

"Not totally surprised with most of these reviews. I was seen about 9 months ago with some similar experiences. Though, I was referred and scheduling was easy. The issue I had was with the billing. I understand I am going to Stanford and expect to pay Stanford money but the service and the procedures cost me more than 7x that of my provider that referred me to Stanford. And to have the procedure performed by a student and not the Dr., to still be charged as if it was God himself doing to the procedure was quite the shocker."

"I am so surprised at the poor reviews here. My son has been seen here for chronic sinusitis. He was followed by Dr. Patel (who is apparently no longer there) and had radical sinus surgery. This helped him a great deal. Another issue he has is excessive, hard to remove ear wax, and he has started being seen every three months by Roushig Kalebjian at this clinic. She's efficient and kind and provides him with great relief when she removes his was. Overall, we are very happy with this clinic and the medical practitioners there."

"Zero concern or interest about the well-being of people. My MRI bill was shy of $14,000, but my doctor simply said it looked normal (regarding his first and only hypothesis) and didn’t come up with any alternative to proceed with my very time-sensitive hearing problem. I still can’t believe it. The day after my second visit, I got back to them and asked for an appointment with another doctor for a second opinion. They responded 4 weeks after my request and offered an appointment for two months later. I feel I have lost a lot just because Stanford Health Care’s first priority is not providing medical help to those who are seeking help, but making money with ridiculous bills. Stay away from this money factory."
