"The attitudes are too much. It wasn't nearly as bad last year. But I've had 3 bad interactions now. The first two, they sold me bad (expired) product with attitude. But yesterday I was handled so roughly when I was being treated. And when I tried to talk to the person working on me about concerns and questions I had, she just brushed me off or responded curtly. And the narcissism was very real. I have such a bad taste in my mouth now and I just don't trust this place anymore. I'm glad they're busy again, but I don't see that as a reason to treat high paying customers like cheap pin cushions. That's not art. That's abuse."
