There is a very nice man who works there who is very helpful, but there is a dark-haired woman who is so rude and unhelpful, I find her continued employment to be honestly shocking. Can’t wait to transfer my business elsewhere and never come back to this hell hole."

"The STORE deserves 5 stars. They are friendly, courteous, smile, answer questions. Overall very nice and genuine. The 2-stars is for the PHARMACY, and I'm only adding a star because of how friendly the store is. I have interacted with only 1 nice person within the pharmacy staff within the numerous times I've had to go in. They are always behind on prescriptions schedules and refills. They are not willing to assist with benefits and necessary confirmations. BE SURE THEY ARE BILLING TO THE RIGHT INSURANCE: you will have to clean up their mistakes, it has happened to me twice now. They interrupt you and then make mistakes because they weren't willing to listen. Just overall, it seems mismanaged and none of the employees seem happy working back there and we, the customers really feel and see the effects of it. If you can, I recommend going somewhere else for your prescriptions."

"The Poway CVS location houses a mini clinic with large waiting room. This location is convenient if you need to see a medical professional last minute and you can also fill your prescription there as well. The physician was very pleasant and professional as was the pharmacist. While we were waiting for our appointment we were browsing the isles and we were approached twice by sales clerks offering us help. Great customer service. The isles and shelves were organized and tidy."

"Poway CVS pharmacy just recently remodeled and it looks brighter, open, and cleaner. The windows are clearly labeled with dropped off, pick up, and consultation. The right side is the Minute Clinic and there are a few chairs spaced apart for waiting area. The service is hit or missed depending on who you get and what time of day. I called to place a refill rx and they had it ready same day. They use texting feature to communicate to remind you to refill, when pick up is ready, and any delays."
