"Ordered at the end of August. I wrote last week and wrote again this week and didn't hear back. I tried calling but that didn't work either. Finally heard back today with an apology that my email went to spam? They did finally provide a tracking # and said that they'd sent the # on 09/16. Great but that was still 2 weeks after I ordered. And it's arriving today ... a week later after being sent from California to Oregon? "God bless you" ... pun intended if you order from the east coast."
