"Relatively easy to find items and, more important, over years the items have not changed locations. I like that since I shop when down in the area 3-4 times a year for 2-4 weeks at a time. I'm not having to search the store for where they (re)located an item while other stores think it's trendy to move an item (to do a refresh). The produce looks good but sometimes can be a bit empty of flavor - hit and miss. I usually pick up multiple items from their on-premise bakery which are consistent and meet expectations for taste. The staff will help on request but is otherwise unobtrusive (good thing)."
"I enjoy shopping in an old fashioned market with fresh meat, fish, produce, and easy to find items; As opposed to the giant warehouse stores that have become so popular these days. To me they are all a big rip off! I always feel that I'm getting good value at Stater Bros. Friendly staff. A clean well managed store."
