"Both our dogs are special needs: one is a senior Lab/Dane with kidney disease and the other is a Lab/Doberman with osteosarcoma who is a tripaw. Both are on special diets, and the dog fighting cancer has a complex mix of supplements and homeopathy from her vets. After a year of never going anywhere without two giant dogs in tow, we finally took a long weekend to Vegas for some much needed R&R and "couple time". The dogs had a FABULOUS and safe time with Azu at Critters Hotail. She sent photos and updates, managed all their special needs, checked in with us about what treats she had that each were allowed to have in their diet restrictions, and even sent them home a little goodie bag of super high quality natural treats that they loved. They had a great time and so did we. We will for sure be repeat stays! Thank you for giving us our lives back! Can't recommend Critters Hotail enough to dog parents of special needs doggos."
"Being a mom of 3 dogs can be really stressful sometimes (especially when you need to travel etc). I've had friends with some many horror stories about Rover or Wag so I'm extremely thankful that we found Azucena to watch my three when I'm making a trip out of town. She's knowledgeable, quick to respond and reassure me that everything is going smoothly while I'm gone. My dogs currently aren't on any medication but I do have a senior dog- and just for future reference I did want to make sure she was able to give medications if needed and sure enough she can! :) If you need somewhere to keep your baby while you're taking a little vacation, I highly recommend Azu."
