"These people had the audacity to turn me away because I checked in two minutes after their cut off time. Keep in my it was my first time there. The only time they had available was during rush hour. Parking was down the street and I was carrying my 1 year old and diaper bag. Additionally I get there and waited for the receptionist to get off the phone. They wouldn’t even allow me to wait because they had three other parents waiting at the same time because they triple book appointments. There’s only 1 pediatric dermatologist UCLA. Clearly they need more. Shameful way to do business. They should offer phone and Zoom appointments instead of requiring patients drive to the campus if they’re going to be so strict. Oh and I had to pay $10 for parking when I was only there 20 minutes and didn’t see a doctor."
