"This office has very poor customer service. Called to make an appointment for my daughter and the next available appointment wasn’t until 9/21 and nothing sooner. I almost booked it until something told me to ask if they have another location. I asked if there is anyway I can get in sooner maybe at another location and it wasn’t until then that I found out they have a Rancho Cucamonga location. A skilled individual with good customer service would have asked if I mind driving to another city. Instead she was dry and short over the phone. It’s basic knowledge of your job. Next time be courteous and let the parent of the patient know they have options to be sooner but at another location."
