"My appointment with Banfield Pet Hospital at Foothill Ranch location was for my dog's Bordetella vaccination. After checked in with the reception desk, I asked how much this vaccination will cost, the lady said she will tell me later. We waited for quite a while, without answering my price question, a nurse took my dog inside. After about a couple minutes (I felt it was less than 2 minutes) my dog was taken out. The front desk then charged me $125. I asked what it included, the lady told me it included vaccine (about $30) and an office visit. I asked whether the doctor had done a physical exam for my dog for what she said the office visit. The lady seemed not knowing. I felt I was cheated! I don't think there were much that could be done within 2 minutes! I was not with the dog when my dog was taken in, how would the doctor know my dog's situation and my concern?... I later talked to a manager there, the manager said that's the correct charge, there's nothing she can do... I am very disappointed!"

"If you want to risk your dog's life, go to Foothill Ranch Banfield. The rude staff is lucky their clients can't write reviews! My dog's leg was injured, and the nurse told me to send them a video after they spent all day examining him and couldn't find anything wrong with the dog. I got a competent second opinion, and my dog needed surgery. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location for some reason none of the problems ever go away. In response to your comment below. "The vets and staff at this location (foothill ranch) not only go above and beyond for your pet, but also the owner. Everything is explained clearly and if there are options, they are all explained clearly. 5 years ago I had to take our family dog of 17 years to Dr Sam. The entire staff helped me through this terrible time. Just an amazing team."
