"staff, bartender, housekeeper awesome Room. The bathroom door automatically closes. The light is very bright. At night you have no choice but to turn on the blinding light when using the bathroom. CNN 24/7 in lobby. default tv station in room is CNN. Stop pushing politics on your guests. Highway super noisy"

"A bit overpriced, especially as there were several extra charges (among which, parking) that were not specified at booking. The room was good and clean (std king), but at $200/night I would expect a bit more attention to detail. For instance, there were no suitcase stands so we were forced to open the suitcases on the floor, on a carpet that had seen better days. There was very little desk space to work because of the placement of the TV. Bathroom ventilation was extremely loud and not possible to turn off. Together with a very loud AC unit this was not ideal. Breakfast is not included (which is ridiculous at this price point), but there's both Starbucks and Panera across the street. Apart from these minor things, a good hotel for the Irvine area."

"I stayed one night for business and I happen to be 35 weeks pregnant! I was looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi in the evening around 9pm (they close at 10pm), to ease my swelling. The pool was not heated, as advertised, so I could not swim laps. I thought at least I could soak my legs in the jacuzzi… the jacuzzi was ice cold and also not heated. I was not able to use these amenities - very disappointing. I settled for taking a bath in my room; the bathroom was mostly clean, but I found hair on the bath drain stop… On the positive side, the customer service from staff was excellent. Shout out to PEPE who provided excellent service to me at breakfast. He is an asset to your team! The room bedding was also comfortable and felt clean, so I slept very well. Three stars for the staff and bedding. Overall, the price was not worth it to be unable to use the pool & jacuzzi after hours of traveling."

"Wow, I had a fantastic experience overall. From Check in with Mili to Karl and Renee at checkout. Specifically, I check out, I had realized the night before I forgot one very very important document. I asked the folks at the front desk if I emailed it to them I think it print it and without hesitation they said absolutely yes. Then after my business meeting I came back to the hotel even though I had checked out and I asked if they wouldn't mind if I changed my clothes since I was getting ready to travel. I said it would be no problem at all and would I like a bottle of water. This kind of service is not seen or delivered very often and the team at this particular Hilton Garden Inn needs to be recognized for it. Thank you!"
