"I first began treatment here in April 2023. Not knowing what to expect, I went with the flow of things. The front desk was polite, and the radiation therapists and nurses were the best part of my treatment. They were so kind. Dr. Evan white was who I’ve been seeing for follow-ups since my first visit. I wasn’t too happy with my experience with him from starting treatment to my first follow-up appt after radiation in June 2023 because I began to notice there was no communication between him and the doctor who had done my surgery. The patient portal should be a way to contact the doctor's office. Still, my message never seemed to go through, and my chart was never adequately updated throughout my treatment. I’m not sure what’s going on with that system, but it did not provide any benefits for me, especially when reaching out after I was told the front office would call me for my six-month follow-up. I had to call the beginning of Jan 2024 when I was supposed to be seen the month before. After speaking to someone to make my six-month follow-up appt “7 months” at this point, she informed me that a new referral needed to be issued to see me further. If this was the case, then it should have been done before me having to call to find out what was going on with my follow-up care. I brought all this up to the doctor who did my surgery on our follow-up visit in 2023, and after seeing Dr white on Jan 31, he seemed more informative and communicative. He’s a good Dr, but I’ve noticed a lack of communication between him and his staff and the other doctor handling my follow-up care."

"The staff, nurse, and Dr. White have been amazing and very helpful while undergoing radiation treatment. They take time to answer all my questions and provide options on how to best deal with any of the side effects. They also keep checking with me to make sure I am doing well as possible with all my treatments. Can’t say enough great things about them and this place."
