"If you value your life, avoid this doctor. I'm sorry to have to write this review, but because of the way my aunt has been treated (or mistreated), I feel it's my duty to warn as many people as possible. Where to begin? For starters, the office is a chaotic mess. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone, as was confirmed even by one of my aunt's specialists. Dr. Yee dismissively told my aunt, "have your specialist contact me" (isn't this cancer doctor's responsibility?!). The specialist confirmed, based on previous experience, that it was nearly impossible to get hold of anyone in Yee's office. No one in this office exhibited the least bit of compassion for the patients that are already traumatized by a devastating cancer diagnosis. To add insult to injury, these disgusting people have no sense of urgency - and don't seem to care that they don't. One wonders why they entered the medical field to begin with. Then, Dr. Yee outright lied to my aunt when the good doctor told her that she hadn't received a report from one of my aunt's scans. But during the same office visit, Yee told my aunt to wait as she stepped out to "print the report." So which was it, "Dr" Yee? Did you receive the report or didn't you? Do you even care? This woman also gave my aunt the personal phone number of "Howard" whenever she needed to contact the office, but she was rarely able to speak with "Howard." He never returned her numerous phone calls and messages. When my aunt finally reached him to try to get an earlier appointment (an understandable request given her stage IV cancer diagnosis!), "Howard" tried to give some absurd excuse for why it was so hard to get an earlier appointment, saying they'd have to "borrow medication" (whatever that meant). Howard, if you're reading: why did you enter the healthcare field? People's lives are at stake and people like you (and your incompetent employer) only make people's lives worse in the end. I suppose my aunt should have known how things would turn out when "Dr" Yee brazenly told her, "I don't read my emails." Really, "Dr"? Of your patients who tragically didn't make it, I wonder how much of this was attributed to your incompetence, lack of empathy, and sociopathic staff. Maybe Yee was a good doctor at some point in the distant past. Maybe she's a burnt-out, washed-up poor excuse for a doctor with a list of medical malpractice lawsuits against her as long as your arm. I don't know. What I do know is this: if you have the misfortune of having this horrible doctor as your oncologist, run away and find a new one as soon as possible. Your life may depend on it."
