"Absolutely horrible. Staff or workflow is inefficient-making the wait even longer. Partner came in ER for possible heart attack. 2 hrs later had vitals taken in the lobby— 1 nurse for vitals in the ER dept.! 1 hr later taken in for labs- in that room computer on with another patients health information displayed. Back to the lobby - during the next 4 hrs. my partner was taken back and forth for various CT scans— why wouldn’t they just do it all at one time?? I am sure they bill each time— all about the money. The only tech that provided the scans also pushed the patients around from lobby to the X-ray dept. The IV line was left in my partners arm while waited in the lobby— it wasn’t flushed so there was a blood problem- had to ask the nurse taking vitals to fix it— he reluctantly did with an attitude. If you have any other choices do NOT come here. 7 hrs in ER with patient where they are still trying to decide if he is having cardiac problems and still no results. Horrible horrible place."

"This place is useless. Stay away. The whole place is a joke. They will NEVER be what Methodist Hospital was. Methodist Hospital was much more concerned for their patients and also wait times were less. And you must fill out paperwork!? What happened the computer software that took the information? Are they that lazy... poor service and morally unethical. This place will soon catch up with Kaisers terrible reputation soon."

"My daughter went in at 4am because she couldn't breathe. They gave her a breathing treatment and oxygen. She suffers from acute bronchitis due to suffer seasonal allergies. She has been in there many times and I'm sure it's in her chart. The only thing that works is prednisone and a z pack. We have been in and out of this ER for 26 years. The last 3 times we have went in they have done nothing and given poor service. This is our nearest hospital and where we are supposed to go for our insurance. When she sees her doctor tomorrow this will become a complaint/lawsuit. Hospitals are supposed to help people/make them better. Not this place."

"They really took good care If me, wonderful and caring er nurses Tina and two other male nurses were amazing. ER Doctor was very good and efficient. Also Hannah- thank you for all your care you are awesome only issue was Incredibly long wait time. Please hire more staff as irs terrible to wait while in pain"

"Worst experience EVER. My GF had all the symptoms of an incoming heart attack so we decided to go to the ER to get it checked. She was in pain the entire time. And when we checked in there were only 2 other patients. But yet it took over 5hours just to get a reply. And please do note we weren’t waiting in the rooms. We literally had to wait outside in the lobby with a IV dangling off her arm. Completely disappointing. I recommend staying far away from this place. Unprofessional."
