"If there is a minus 100 rating I would have chosen that. Incompetent , unprofessional staff. I arrived at 10:45 for 11 am appointment, The secretary was confused , anxious she said okay good , paper work was all done then the US tech comes out to say you’re late , I can do the trans abdominal US come back at 2 pm to complete the trans vaginal , I replied can you do both at 2pm ? She replied no I will not have enough time for both at 2 pm I agreed and waited for my turn ,when I went to the US room was 1105 am the tech says do you understand you’re late and you need come at 2pm for the entire test . I have never been through this in my entire life since I had many USs at another location . Do not even consider going to this imaging center."

"I love Maribel she always so nice n sweet I go in with anxiety and she helps me so much The staff is all nice The wait time is fast always calls me in within a few minutes!"

"I waited for my appointment for a month, but they called me just ONE day before the appointment saying it has to be cancelled b/c my Dr didn’t complete the authorization as requested by a document they faxed to Dr office. I didn’t get any messages about the authorization thing from them for the whole month. I even got a call two days before the appointment and their front desk person confirmed my appointment. They had a whole month to process this and notify me or my Dr if anything needed to be done to keep the appointment. But they didn’t. They dropped the ball and caused a waste of one-month wait to their patient. They told me it’s their process. All I can say is this is UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE. So I made my appointment in another imaging center, they handled the authorization right away with zero friction and I got the procedure done the next day."

"I went for an ultrasound. My appointment was met by the receptionist very swiftly. She friendly and accommodating as she anticipated my need to go to the bathroom prior to my ultrasound. I wish i got the name of my ultrasound tech as she was just wonderful! She was professional, easy going & understanding. I was a bit nervous in the beginning but in the end everything went smooth."

"Service well done and very professional, I had an appoint with Arcadia MRI and IMAGING Center. I was greeted at the Office by Julie, who was very professional and patient. She took all my information and took me to the waiting. I was there about 5 minutes then technician came in and introduced herself to Me. She told me her name was Faye. She explain what she was going to do and she did the Ultrasound on me. She very professional. Thank you again for a service well done."
